About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist on behalf of a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will assess patients, develop personalized treatment programs, and help individuals regain or improve their ability to perform daily activities with greater independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients physical, emotional, and psychological condition to determine appropriate therapy goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance patients functional abilities and independence.
• Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to support rehabilitation and recovery.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support continued improvement at home or in community settings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License: DOH / DHA license / DHA eligibility also accepted
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proven experience in a  healthcare setting is required
